Day 1: Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Stop At: Kathmandu, Kathmandu, Kathmandu Valley, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
This is arrival day in Nepal. One of our company representatives will be there at the Tribhuvan International airport to greet and escort you to the hotel. After completing the check-in procedures at the hotel, today you are free to take a rest at the hotel. In the evening you'll have a short briefing session where the guide will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the trek. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
It is a day for Kathmandu city exploration today. You will have a guided city tour where you'll be visiting some renowned landmarks and cultural heritage sites. Explore the Kathmandu durbar square at the heart of the city. And visit the renowned Hindu pilgrimage site, Pashupatinath temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. You can also pay a visit to Swayambhunath Stupa which is popularly known as the Monkey temple. After exploring the city, you'll have some free time to prepare for the trek and fulfil all the document requirements. Overnight stay in Kathmandu

Day 3: Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu (1400m) to Pokhara (827m) to Kande and hike to the Australian camp

Stop At: Australian Camp, Pokhara Nepal
The day starts with a drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu today. You can enjoy the drive with some fantastic views of the landscapes & side rivers on the way. It will take around 7-8 hours of drive to reach Pokhara from Kathmandu. Once you arrive in Pokhara, the drive continues to Kande which is the official starting point of the trek. It takes around an hour of walking to reach the Australian camp from Kande. If you make it to the Australian camp in the dusk, you'll be able to catch a glorious sunset view over the Annapurna mountain range. Overnight stay at Australian camp.

Day 4: Day 4: Trek from Australian Camp to Forest Camp (2050m), (5-6 hours of walking)

Stop At: Annapurna Region, Annapurna Region, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
You'll be heading to the forest camp from the Australian camp today. Starting with a walk on the narrow trail leading to the lush forests with alpine trees, you'll be following a forested trail with a few open fields today. On the way, you can also get a sneak peek of the Himalayas. The route is steep at a few places until you reach the forest camp which, as the name implies, is situated in the hub of the forest. Overnight stay at Forest Camp.

Day 5: Day 5: Trek from forest camp to low camp (3050m), (5-6 hours of walk)

Stop At: Mardi Himal, Chame Nepal
The trek continues as you head to low camp today. The walk starts with an uphill climb as soon as you leave the forest camp. The trek is mostly uphill, but you can enjoy a few walks in the tranquil forests as well. On the way, you can also get some of the best views of Mt. Machhapuchhre (6997m) and Annapurna Peaks. After walking for around 5-6 hours, you'll arrive at a low camp from where you can view Mt. Machhapuchhre right in front of your eyes. Overnight stay at Low camp.

Day 6: Day 6: Trek from low camp to high camp (3600m), (4-5 hours of walk)

Stop At: Annapurna Mountain Range, Nepal
Leaving the forest trail behind, you'll head to the high camp today. You can notice the open fields and grasslands as you trace your step toward the high camp. The view of the Annapurna Himalayas from the High Camp is one of the most spectacular sceneries of the journey. Also, the walk today is quite short compared to the previous days giving you chance to enjoy the trail to the fullest. Overnight stay at High camp.

Day 7: Day 7: Hike to Mardi Base camp (4500m) and back to the high camp (4-5 hours of walk)

Stop At: Annapurna Mountain Range, Nepal
The hike starts early in the morning today as you trace your step to the Mardi Base Camp from High Camp. It is an uphill walk to the top from where you can witness the sight of peaks like the Mardi Himal (5553m), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m), Mt. Annapurna South (7219m), Mt. Hiunchuli Peak (6441m), Mt. Baraha Shikhar (7647m), Mt. Mount Machhapuchhre (6997m) and Lamjung Himal (6983m), etc. You also have an option to hike up to the upper viewpoint only which provides equally beautiful views of mountains. After enjoying the peaceful time in the mountains, you'll trek back to the high camp for an overnight stay or you can trek further to Badal Danda or Low camp. Overnight stay at High Camp.

Day 8: Day 8: Trek from high camp to Siding (1700m), (6-7 hours of walk)

Stop At: Annapurna Region, Annapurna Region, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
Today you'll descend to a village called Siding which is a traditional village with the settlement of ethnic Gurung people. It is mostly a downhill walk today until you reach Siding. Here you can notice the typical village lifestyle and traditions. Overnight stay at Siding.

Day 9: Day 9: Trek to Lumle, Drive to Pokhara

Stop At: Pokhara Lakeside, Lakeside Rd, Pokhara 33700 Nepal
It is a day to head back to the city today leaving the hills and mountains behind. First, descend to Lumle from Siding and 2 hours of drive will lead you to Pokhara.

From Pokhara, you will finally say goodbye to the Annapurna Mountains and catch your flight back to Kathmandu. You can stroll around the local marketplaces and paths in the city to shop for souvenirs or take a rest at the hotel after arriving in Kathmandu. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
