Note: First of all, I will send you the list of ingredients ahead of time (or replacements in case of chicken or vegetarian version), so you can be prepared for the class and we can cook together.
I want to start telling you the story of pisco and making together a refreshing pisco sour, then we will start discovering what a "Lomo saltado" is and it's origins.
I'm going to tell you everything you need to know about this dish that is considered the most representative of the modern Peruvian cuisine.
I'll show you the techniques and some secrets to make this dish that I have discovered in all these years of experience that I have.
And most important, we can make a veggie/vegan version of it if you preffer, so everyone is welcome.
I know these times are hard, complicated and many people won't have the chance to visit Peru for the next months... So, let me take a little part of Peru to your tables for now and also, tell you what to expect (talking about food) for when you visit this mystic and a magic land.
