A lot of people like to drink wine. Unfortunately, very few people know what to focus on with their nose and palate in order to get a glimpse of what's in the glass! This is exactly what we would like to bring you closer to in this setup tasting. You leave the wine cellar with a whole new attitude towards crying. Just one example...where does the red color in red wine come from? Can you make white wine from red wine grapes? What are tannins and how do they get into wine? What are the different fermentations and when are they used, etc...

Description

Together we experience a little journey into the world of wine, a kind of short setup course. We taste a wide variety of wines from Italy, especially from Calabria and Sicily, as well as Apulia. We will explain you the main characteristics of the wine, as well as the accessories (glasses, corks, production, etc.) and we will smell related essences by Jean Lenoir (Nez du Vin). We eat selected Italian antipasti from the best production. At the end there are various liqueurs and digestifs, so that everyone can move on again happily and full. A lot of fun and conviviality is our main goal...
