A full-day private tour of Ephesus and Pamukkale from Istanbul by plane would typically include round-trip airfare from Istanbul to the city of Izmir, where Ephesus is located. The tour would begin with a flight from Istanbul to Izmir in the morning, and upon arrival, the tour guide will pick you up from the airport and take you to Ephesus. You will have a guided tour of the ancient city, visiting the highlights such as the Roman city, the Library of Celsus, the Great Theater, the Temple of Artemis, and the Terrace Houses.

After the tour of Ephesus, you will have a lunch break and then proceed to Pamukkale. This UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for its hot water springs, travertine terraces, and the ancient city of Hierapolis. You will have the opportunity to visit the Hierapolis ancient city, the hot springs and the terraces.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to the airport for the flight back to Istanbul.

Head to the Necropolis of Hierapolis which contains 1200 gravestones, including that of Marcus Aurelius Ammianos.
