Your instructor SOW has 10 years of cooking and chafing experience in some of Thailand's large and five-star hotels and restaurants. We use our very own homemade curry paste along with lots of other fresh produce to bring out the best flavor in a variety of dishes. You will experience every step on how to become a successful Thai chef, from the beginning of the course until the end!

During our cooking classes, each student will get maximum individual attention in our open-air kitchen. As a class, we will prepare all the natural ingredients that are fresh from the local market. Every student in Aonang Thai Cookery School’s kitchen always receives full guidance and attention, from the chopping board until the final plate. Everyone has their own cooking station and wok. No artificial coloring or flavoring is used in our kitchen.
We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food. We guarantee you a unique and enjoyable learning experience. Savor a mouthwatering Thai made by yourself. Receive a culinary certificate and include transportation to and from your hotel.
