Pass By: Place de la Concorde, 75008 Paris France

To start this very pretty ride in a 2 CV, our meeting point is at the main entrance to the Tuileries Gardens, just opposite the obelisk of Luxor (Ramses II), the oldest monument in Paris offered to the France in the early 1830s.

The engine of the 2 cv starts with its very specific noise and quietly we are going to go for our walk from the place de la concorde passing in front of the magnificent buildings of the automobile club of France, the embassy of the United States, and the magnificent Hôtel de Crillon.
We pass over the Pont de la Concorde (1791) to have the National Assembly in front of us and we will head towards the invalids where we will be able to admire the most beautiful bridge in Paris during the journey... The Alexandre III bridge ... and in the distance the Grand Palais, both built in 1900. All this to marvel at with your hair in the wind and your hood open on this day of leisure and freedom in Paris.



Pass By: The American Church in Paris, 65 quai D Orsay, 75007 Paris France

We will pass in front of the American Church of neo Gothic style, (American Church in Paris) created in 1814 for an end of construction in 1931. Very frequented by American expatriates, but also very popular with Asian people for their wedding.
So here we are in the seventh arrondissement of Paris and we are going to reach our magnificent Eiffel Tower, which makes the whole world dream.

Pass By: Statue de la Liberte, Pont de Grenelle Ile des Cygnes, 75015 Paris France

After this unforgettable moment, here we go again in the direction of the Statue of Liberty.
The history of this statue begins in 1866 (Napoleon III) with the sculptor Bartholdi, to mark the friendship between France and the United States.
The Statue of Liberty is located on the Île aux Cygnes to the west of the Capital, placed voluntarily in the direction of the United States. It was offered to Parisians in 1889 by French residents of the United States.

From this place you will also have a view of dazzling beauty on the Eiffel Tower in the distance and on the Seine with these boats... The magical sound of the 2 CV, the roof open to savor this moment of freedom. .. the little two horses takes the path along the Seine... DAZZLING!

Pass By: Le Trocadero et son esplanade, Place du Trocadero et du 11 Novembre, 75016 Paris France

On your left you will be able to admire the gardens of the Trocadéro with the famous fountain of Warsaw equipped with its 20 water cannons offering a remarkable aquatic spectacle... The two horses hops on the cobblestones of Paris in incredible comfort for such a small car ...the Simplicity of luxury...: A visit to Paris in a Deux Chevaux France 3....An unforgettable moment. But above all, not just any two horses: Only 4,000 of France 3 two horses were built in 1983/84 to sponsor the America's Cup, of which only 300 are still in circulation in the world. Pass By: Musee National des Arts Asiatiques - Guimet, 6 Place D Iena, 75116 Paris France

From the Trocadéro we went up the avenue d'Iéna with the little two horses and we passed in front of the hotel
Shangri-la which was the home of Prince Roland Bonaparte grand nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Arriving on the Place d'Iéna, a very pretty statue (1900) of the first President of the United States, George Washington, symbolizes the Franco-American friendship of that time.
Rolling gently with the two horses around this imposing sculpture, you will be able to read: Offered by the women of the United States of America in memory of the fraternal help given by France to their fathers during the struggle for independence.

You should know that out of sight is located in this place a private mansion of 1800 M2 built and inhabited in his time by Gustave Eiffel who in 1919 was also the United States Embassy. We now continue the climb of the avenue d'Iéna...

Pass By: Place des États-Unis, Pl. des États-Unis, 75116 Paris, France

We have arrived at Place des Etats - Unis, where you can admire the many Haussmann buildings just by looking up because the roof of the two horses is open...
This square is an exceptional place because of the Franco-American friendship it represents.
Located near the former American Embassy, it was so named when Levi Morton, United States Ambassador to France in Paris, took up residence there in 1881.
In 1885, the bronze model of Bartholdi's Statue of Liberty, offered to the city by Americans, was also inaugurated there, and remained there until 1888.
The magnificent monument of La Fayette and George Washington shaking hands is located at the top of the United States Square.
This magnificent monument of Auguste Bartholdi was offered by Joseph Pulitzer in 1895 in gratitude to France for the Statue of Liberty in New York.
