This gourmet experience was designed to show the refined elegance of our wines in an extraordinary and exciting way. With the combination of specially developed Gourmet Bites and our wines, we want to reflect harmony and dynamism of nature. Which components of nature go well together, and how can we create a cycle with nature also in the Kitchen. During the experience, you will learn about our winemaking philosophy, our mindset toward sustainable agriculture and quality, as well as our respect for food.

Seated at a nicely arranged table, our team will guide you through the tasting. You will get served several flights with different wines, each of which paired with a matching Gourmet Bite.

You can choose between 2 tasting options:
Dynamic Brunello Cru Tasting:
This tasting concentrates on our Brunelli and its different single vineyards: 6 Brunelli: 1 vintage Brunello, 3 Brunello Cru & 2 Brunello Cru Riserva.

Signature Corte Pavone Tasting:
Get the perfect overview by tasting 6 wines (including 6 Brunelli).
