A creative experience for those who already feel at ease in the kitchen and want to try their hand at preparing dishes of intermediate difficulty, always under the careful guidance of our chefs.

Each lesson will begin with a fun search for particular ingredients, which will be viewed or purchased for the shops of the Central Market, and will end with a dinner based on the delicious gourmet dishes prepared, passing through the application of raw material processing techniques to fascinating dish.
