A warm bag of steamed Thai herb make day by day. This type of therapy offers many potential health benefits. The herbal ball is rolled, pressed, and circled directly on the skin. Thai herbal compress induces deep relaxation, relieves sprains, bruises and sore muscles, boosts both emotional and physical well-being and improves circulation of blood and lymph.

Aromatherapy oils are unique and natural scents when combined with Swedish massage technique, essential oils can provide an additional level of relaxation and healing. Moreover, the heat level can be selected. The heated warm oil is applied to the body which helps soften and expand the muscle tissues to relief from pain and inflammation.
