The Story of Belfast walking tour
This is a guaranteed small group tour (usually maximum 6 x persons).
We leave the big groups behind as we visit many important historical landmarks and areas.
We walk in our own small team; giving you an opportunity to look at Belfast in a completely new light.
In the company of a professional, local born and bred guide, this is a personal journey through the history and culture of the city. We look at the lives of our people and hear their stories. We see where they lived, worked and played and the buildings and monuments they left behind. We hear of times of conflict (including, briefly, the recent "troubles") and peace, when the city rose to become the 'industrial capital of the world'.
This is an experience that will immerse you in the story of Belfast's past and vibrant and buzzing present as we wander around my favourite places and "secret" routes.
With actual walking time of less than one hour, there will be a number of rest stops & bathroom breaks.

We spend time exploring the surrounding area delving into its history and unique architecture.

We look at and discuss the Opera House, the Crown Bar and the Europa Hotel.

We stop beside this building and hear about the many different characters and acts who have graced its stage in its 160+ years
Stop At: The Belfast Entries, Between High Street and Ann Street, Belfast Northern Ireland
This is "old Belfast" and we walk in the footsteps of many of the city's leading historical characters.

The city's first catholic church and the heart of "folktown".
