Once the reservation is made, you will be provided with a telephone number and an email so that you can contact us in case of any doubt or change. Upon arrival, one of the company representatives will have his name on a sign and will guide you in his driver.

• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
