Discovery of the history and heritage of the city by a guide with a Master's degree in history working with the city's Tourist Office in parallel with an independent activity.

The local history as well as the more general context are provided by an enthusiast who has studied in the field and has been working as a guide for several years in Nancy.

Pedagogy is at the center of my attention and I take particular care to adapt to the public following the visit, whether neophyte or expert.

Anecdotes, details, curiosities are all elements that make visits attractive and that I take pleasure in sharing. In an hour and a half, the small and the big story come together for a convivial moment of sharing and culture.

Stanislas Leszczynski who sits proudly in the center of the Place of the same name is both King of Poland, Duke of Lorraine and father-in-law of the King of France, Louis XV.

It was he who commissioned the construction of this Baroque-style Place Royale, inaugurated in the middle of the 18th century. Jean Lamour's rococo railings form a golden setting around this character with an extraordinary destiny.

Built at the end of the 16th century within the walls of the city, the Carrière was used to train the horsemen of the dukes whose stables were located a few steps away, in an adjacent alley which has lost none of its charm.

Duke Leopold and then Stanislas embellished the square and built a coherent architectural ensemble whose splendor has come down to us.

The 22 hectares of the Parc de la Pépinière constitute the green lung of the city and are home to some marvels. some plants like the centuries-old trees it shelters, others mineral like this statue of Claude le Lorrain made by Rodin, others finally made of steel.
