The cooking school will start at around 10:00 in the morning, but not before we have met, talked a little, and maybe made a short tour of the farm property where we will be able to admire our olive grove and the field where I grow saffron. Then, together, we will learn how to make homemade pasta, using our garden herbs and our extra virgin olive oil. We will also learn how to make different pasta shapes (tagliatelle, ravioli). I will teach you how to make pizza dough and how to have many different recipes from this versatile dough.
We will prepare a complete menu including appetizers, first and second courses, side dishes and dessert and we will sip some good local wine, maybe a nice Chianti from the area!
Then after cooking if the weather permits ... we will enjoy lunch outdoors in the garden overlooking the vineyards and olive trees immersed in the nature of Chianti ... there is nothing more relaxing and satisfying than enjoying the peace and the tranquility that the Tuscan countryside can give us !! Our farm stands on top of a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and woods at 360 degrees, therefore an oasis of relaxation guaranteed !!
