Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Transpeninsular Highway (La Carretera Transpeninsular), Mexico

Highhway #1 is considered one of the 5 most beautiful roads in Mexico. On our way to Valle de Guadalupe, we may stop at some point to appreciate the splendor of the Pacific Ocean.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Finca La Carrodilla, Parcela 99 Z1 P14 Ejido El Porvenir, Francisco Zarco, Ensenada Municipality 22755 Mexico

It is a new generation winery in Ejido El Porvenir in Valle de Guadalupe. It arose as a dream of the Pérez Castro Family (owners of La Lomita) to honor the Virgen de los Viñedos.
We will taste 2 organic red wines that, due to their originality, make them different from many others. If for reasons of force majeure we cannot have our tasting in the vineyard, another of the same level of quality will be selected.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Valle de Guadalupe, Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada Municipality, Baja California

Depending on the season, we will visit either Adobe Guadalupe or Vena Cava wineries, both references in their own right. Adobe Guadalupe features varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Tempranillo, Malbec, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Syrah and Viognier.
Vena Cava is an original winery designed by Architect Alejandro D’acosta (yes, brother of famous winemaker Hugo D´acosta).
If for reasons of force majeure we cannot have our tasting in the vineyard, another of the same level of quality will be selected.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Yumano Restaurante, Carretera Federal 3 Km. 90.8 Fracc. Las Lomas, 22766 Villa de Juárez, B.C., Mexico

This will be a lunch to remember. Their menu is based on flavours emanated from the Yumano culture, an ethnic group of Baja California. Chef Guillermo Muñoz integrates herbs, roots, spices, and flowers, that combined with smoked, grilled and toasted, give life to BajaMed fusion cuisine.
At Yumano Restaurant you may also enjoy house drinks and mixology (not included) inspired by native ingredients.
If for reasons of force majeure we cannot have our lunch in this restaurant, another of the same level of quality will be selected.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Lets head back to the border line. Please have in mind that, depending on the day of the week, we might have to spend some time at the border.
