This transfer is the most confortable way for someone that arrive in Florence or leave from the Hotel in Florence to reach in time the destination, on board we offer wather bottles and free WI-FI and and an english speacking professional driver that will help you with your lugguage, in case the client is arriving in Florence airport the driver will wait the client at the arrivals with the name of the client on a papper so, after a long flight, the client can feel relax that someone will think to meet him, help him with lugguage and transport until the fixed destination.

The transfer is by car Mercedes E class and each passenger can bring with him for the transfer no more then 2 lugguages, one normal size and one small, if there are extra lugguage the client will provide to find a solution for the extras.

• Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship after 1 hour of delay the driver is free from the service
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 9 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
