Parawan will tell you about the ingredients that you will be using and also what alternative ingredients you can use if certain ingredients are difficult for you to source at home.
All the ingredients that you will use to make the dishes will be provided and so this is why you are required to select the 3 dishes you will be making i advance.
You will be cooking the dishes yourself and Parawan will be instructing you how to prepare the dishes.
When you have made each dish you will get to eat it and if there is too much for you to eat it all you can take it away with you.
When you have completed the course you will also be given a copy of the recipe with instructions on how to make the dishes so that you can make the dishes again when you return home.

Description

You will cook the 3 dishes that you have chosen in advance. So for example if you have chosen to make a Thai curry we shall start off with making the curry paste where I will show you how to prepare and combine the ingredients to make the paste which we will then later use to make the dish. We will cook each of the dishes and then you will get to eat each of them or take away any additional food that you don't finish whilst you are here.

• Vegetable Sping Rolls - Classic vegetable spring rolls
• Red Thai curry - One of the three coloured Thai curries from the Red, Green and Yellow varieties.
• Pad Thai - Pad Thai is one of the most famous Thai dishes there is around the world and can be prepared with chicken, prawns or tofu.
