E-bike Classic Lake Como Villages Tour from Cardano
Lake Como, Italy
Take unexpected roads to reveal the rural charm behind Lake Como’s most popular villages. Visit the special Tremezzina area, passing elegant villas like the Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbiano. Discover the hamlets of Griante and Rogaro, and more rural scenery - the spontaneous olive groves; green pastures and old stone washhouses where women would meet and scrub the day’s laundry. Be amazed by how quickly the landscape changes from sumptuous lakefront properties to quaint farmsteads. Visit charming courtyards, panoramic churches and pretty squares. Ride the famous ‘Greenway’ path to Lenno and follow the tracks of Mussolini, as your guide tells the stories and intrigues of his final days. Suggestive lake views follow us throughout the journey. The ride is a mini adventure with uphills, downhills, uneven cobbled paths, narrow alleyways and a section of technical stone bikeway not suitable for novice riders. An e-bike is a normal geared bicycle that includes battery assistance.
