Rudi is excited to bring you his 9-course Venezuelan Mediterranean fusion menu. Rudi has always dreamt of opening his own Venezeulan Mediterranean restaurant and so this fusion menu is allowing his dreams to come true. Rudi's cooking combines the richness of Caribbean cooking with extraordinary Mediterranean flavours in this 9-course meal, paired with organic Catalan wines!
