Let “Bums On Seats Wine Tasting Tours” take you exploring the well-kept secrets of the spectacular vistas en-route the wine trail to Tamborine, often witnessing hang-gliders and paragliders as we venture between wineries.

We can potentially personalise your group tour if required, and we definately will try :) Bums on Seats prides itself on giving you the day you always dreamed of, leave the driving to us and we will ensure a seam free, fun and friendly day out!

Including your friendly drive we have a maximum capacity of 13, so we will all become GRAPE friends :) Call directly for group pickups.

We will do 4 separate stops for tastings (subject to change for last minute bookings) with some time thrown in to have a shop in town. You can sample some of the very best of Queensland award winning boutique wines, cheese, fudge and nuts.

From the moment you enter the tree-lined driveway, you’ll see that this is the most charming Mt Tamborine winery of all. Enjoy an entertaining wine tasting with the largest range of wines in the Hinterland, with something to suit even the most

discerning palate. Their restaurant is a great place to relax and slow down, with stunning views and superb food.

The famous “Gallery Walk“ boasting over 60 art, craft, gift and nick-knack shops lures thousands of visitors to Tamborine Mountain every year! From fine art to culinary delights, you will find something to suit all tastes and budgets in this fascinating stretch of fun shopping!

Tamborine Mountain Distillery was founded in 1993 and is the third oldest Distillery in Queensland. This family distillery began when Michael and Alla Svetlana Ward moved from Tasmania to the original property in Beacon Road, on Tamborine Mountain.

Michael Ward, a passionate gardener, planted every tree on the property, which was once a run-down citrus and avocado orchard. With an abundance of excess fruit at their fingertips and drawing upon Alla’s experience of distilling during her younger years, the Wards decided to turn their property into something really productive … a Distillery.

Over a quarter of a century later, and with well over 300 international awards under their belts, Tamborine Mountain Distillery had become Australia’s

most awarded Distillery and Liquor brand in the new Millennium.
