You’ll sample two perfectly paired aperitifs along with a hand-picked selection of cured meats and cheeses. You’ll also try a true classic Spanish potato dish - a perfect introduction to the city’s specialties.

After your introduction to one of Barcelona’s most historic spots, it’s only fitting to take a tour of the Gothic Quarter. As you weave through its narrow streets, passing Ancient Romans ruins, you’ll travel through a thousand years of history. The second tapas bar on our tour opened in 1945 with a menu consisting of four tapas dishes. Naturally, these have been perfected through the years and carefully chosen to exemplify what makes Spanish food unique: simple recipes prepared with the highest quality ingredients.

On your last stop, you’ll be treated to a sit-down dinner at a local spot dating back to 1935. This was once the hangout for artists and bohemians in the city. Today, it’s famed for its bravas and croquettes. Indulge in a classic selection of these Catalan dishes, paired with local red wine. Top it off with the delicious Spanish precursor to crème brûlée.
