• Ravioli with potatoes - Tradizional ravioli suffed with potates tossed with butter and cheese, or muchrooms ore meat

- Lunch - Hand-on Cooking class, own personal workstation, Cuisine and history of the authentic Tuscan tradition. You cook everything from scratch! Your chef is an archaeologist with phd in "evolution of food"
