Your driver notifies you of the time of arrival at your Hotel / Apartment.

Always before the time set by you.

You have ten minutes of courtesy once the pick-up time has passed.

If you need a child seat, do not hesitate to request (free of charge) the day before the service.

We have adapted vehicles for wheelchairs.

We recommend leaving the hotel / apartment at least one hour before the time you need to be at the airport.

You can request that the driver assigned to you be the same person who picked you up at the airport.

If you have a smartphone with whatsapp, communicate it in your reservation, to be able to communicate with you.

• For the return service from the Hotel to the airport, it is usual to pick up at the hotel 2 hours before departure of your flight if it is a national or Schengen area, and 3 hours before the departure of the other flights.

• Todos los vehículos en servicio serán sometidos a desinfección con un generador de ozono de 10,000mg/h para desinfectar hasta 45m2/hora. Todos los vehículos serán desinfectados cada 12 horas o cuando sea necesario. Después de cada servicio, se limpiarán los vehículos antes de la próxima recogida.
