Stop At: Ferhadija Pedestrian Street, Ferhadija Street, Sarajevo 71000 Bosnia and Herzegovina
You will meet your guide at the Cathedral, right in downtown Sarajevo. There you can already tell the first exciting facts about this city - the "Jerusalem of the Balkans". After all, you are here in the middle of the Austro-Hungarian part of the city. But that picture will soon change as you venture into the Mahalas. These old, Ottoman districts - at that time the smallest possible administrative unit - still shape the cityscape of Sarajevo today and have exciting stories to tell!

You'll also get to know this part of the city before stopping for a breather at Caffe 105 - the place where the 105 Motor Brigade used to heroically defend Sarajevo. In addition to a café, there is a museum here that your guide will take you through and where you can learn about the longest siege of the 20th century.
