What makes my experience unique is that you will experience everything by doing this from mouth watering food to culture, from religious knowledge to local life of a Delhi-ite.

In this experience you will taste variety of delicious street food from multi-generations old food joints, which have been tried and tested for safety and learn about their back story and their secret ingredients.

Its not just a food tour its more than that, we will visit Sikh Gurdwara and their Kitchen where fifteen thousand plus people eat for free every day. There you can experience joy of giving and selflessness and you can be a volunteer too.

We will also visit Asia's largest spice market and learn about spices and why we use spices in old Delhi.

Lastly we will visit secret roof top and enjoy the view of old Delhi and spice market from the top.

Let's explore the history of Delhi food as we visit several eateries that you won't find in typical guidebook. After learning about the origins of the heart of the city, we'll start with Oldest Jalebi maker,Too sweet for you? Let's cross the road to reach a 147 years old Parantha's joint. Its time to involve yourself in a Gurdwara where we'll be making food with all generations & helping each other towards the goal of feeding people. All the food we've tried & made couldn't exist without spices i.e we'll pay tribute to their market. Will explain about spices and their flavors. An olfactory experience! Like every meal we'll finish in a 3rd generation shop with BEST LASSI
