Stop At: Il Molinaccio di Montepulciano, via Antica Chiusina 12, 53045, Montepulciano Italy
il molinaccio is one of the wineries with which we collaborate and, based on availability, be part of the 2 wineries selected for you to visit with tasting during the tour.
We harvest by hand and follow the vinification step by step, up to the final bottling that we personally carry out in the cellar. By harvesting our grapes manually, we not only keep the bunches intact until pressing, but we also select the top quality ones that we use for our bottled wines. But woe to think that the rest goes to waste! At the prestigious Nannoni company, we distill our marcs in Grappa di Vino Nobile in selection.
We are proud to be a complete supply chain, despite ours being a small reality. In fact, here at Molinaccio we cultivate and take care of every single vine because…
Wine is made in the vineyard before in the cellar!

Stop At: Boscarelli, Via di Montenero 28, 53045, Montepulciano Italy
Boscarelli is one of the wineries with which we collaborate and, based on availability, be part of the 2 wineries selected for you to visit with tasting during the tour.
At the basis of our production is the respect and maximization of the expression of the different soils and the different clonal selections as a distinctive and unique characteristic. This commitment begins with the care and management of the plant, and continues during the harvest with the differentiation in the harvest of the grapes based on their optimal point of ripeness due to the age of the plants, their position and composition of the land. We obtain at least 30 different cuvées of Sangiovese which, after a separate refinement, are combined in the final cuts based on the peculiar characteristics a few weeks before bottling. The infinite variables and the resulting complexity are the character we try to transmit for each of our labels in each of our single bottles.

Stop At: 53045 Salcheto, Province of Siena, Italy
Salcheto is one of the wineries we collaborate with and depending on availability, be part of the 2 wineries selected for you to visit with tasting during the tour.
Since 1997, under the guidance of Michele Manelli, the company has been dedicating a new image to this thirtieth anniversary that reflects its path and the businesses it has achieved: local wines and Sangiovese increasingly based on drinkability and aromatic precision, with vinifications entirely without sulphites and indigenous yeasts, with the four "Obvius" wines Red, Rosé, White and Vendemmia Tardiva of grapes only up to the bottle; an "off-grid" cellar, a model of environmental efficiency and technological innovations; a reference company in integrated environmental management (GHG, Water, Biodiversity) which boasts, among other things, world records in the indexing of Carbon and Water Footprint.

Stop At: Azienda Agricola Canneto, Via Dei Canneti 14, 53045, Montepulciano Italy
The Canneto winery is one of the wineries with which we collaborate and, based on availability, be part of the 2 wineries selected for you to visit with tasting during the tour.
The Canneto company has a long winemaking tradition behind it. Owned for generations by the noble Pilacci-Waldergan family, our wines were mentioned in a more than flattering way as early as 1933 in "Vini Tipici Toscani" by V. Montanari and A, Musiani.
In 1987 the company was purchased by Canneto AG of Zurich and adequately restructured in scrupulous respect for the vocation of vineyards and tradition.
