- We recommend this tour for people from approx 9 years/145 cam tall who knows how to ride a bike. We cycle on easy cycled 16 gear bikes, a combination between a city bike and a mountain bike. We suggest you wear comfortable clothes and have a look at the weather forecast. All participants are responsible for their own security on a tour.
