Meet your English Guide in the lobby of your Xi'an hotel and travel together by taxi (own expense) to local family’s home. You will learn how to make dumplings under the guidance of a local teacher. The English guide will be responsible for the translation.
Next, you can participate in making a hearty entree and soak up the welcoming atmosphere of the local family.

On completion of dishes, take a seat at a family table and feast upon the fruits of your labors, Tast to delicious dumplings and rich dishes, Such as Mapo Tofu and Steamed fish or Stewed chicken with potato. we will prepare local beer, drinks and fruit for you.
After the end, return to the hotel to rest.
