We will start with a delicious local breakfast near the Spice market. Don't bother to get confused with the menu, your local food expert will choose some delicious stuff for a memorable breakfast.
The menu will be changing daily but most probably you will start with some mouth watering pastrami, Kaymak ( dairy cream) with organic honey, cheese varieties, sesame bread bread ( simit ) and Menemen which is made of tomatoes, onion, green peppers, eggs with accompany of the Turkish tea in a tulip shape glass.

Stop At: Uskudar Pier, Uskudar, Istanbul Turkiye

After the breakfast, we will take a short ferry ride from The European side of Istanbul to Uskudar neighborhood in Asian side. Enjoy the ferry ride with a magnificent view of Istanbul. See the Palaces, mansions and bridges from the ferry.

We will walk into the market where the locals shop for the daily cooking. We will start with a fish sandwich or fresh fried anchovies ( depend on season ), follow

Stop At: Karakoy Rihtim, Rihtim Caddesi Karakoy, Beyoglu, Istanbul 34560 Turkiye

This the modern part of Istanbul where we get off from the ferry and sample some delicious mussels stuffed with rice and spices and have a coffee break to end the tour at a nice panoramic cafe.

Duration: 30 minutes

• Midye ; Mussels stuffed with rice and spices cooked in the shell serve with lemon
• Balik-Ekmek. Fish sandwich
• iğ Köfte. A traditional food made of bulgur wheat, tomato paste, hot paprika, cumin onion and more
• Kokorec. Delicious roasted lamb meat, serve with mix spices and tomatoes in a fresh bread sandwich
• Dürüm ; lamb or chicken kebap cooked on charcoal wrap in lavash bread with salad and spices
• Tulumba ; A mouth watering desert made of wheat flour, honey and walnuts.
• Turk kahvesi & Çay ; Turkish coffee or Çay ( tea ) options
