Join us on this Heliconia rain forest tour located on the foothills of the Tenorio Volcano, this 2200 meters long trail, allows a 2 hour walk with many stops to see the amazing giant trees and surrounding forest. You will walk over 4 bridges over the forest canopy, ranging from 35 to 40 meters height. Excellent opportunity for observing birds, butterflies, and bromeliads of the rainforest canopy and become immersed in the splendor of the tropical rainforest.

After that, the guide will take you through the multiple nature trails around the farm, closer to hanging bridge place, in search of sloths, monkeys, snakes, owls, birds and orchids. Passing through the nursery brimming with tropical plants and then wandering under the jungle canopies to visit the greenhouse where herbs and vegetables are produced.

You may be interested in the butterfly garden, and the life cycle of the butterfly, we will take you to our lab and then onto the butterfly garden in order to witness these beautiful transformations.
