Plan Harmony

We will begin our tour at the famous Local food Banh Xeo From there we will walk from location to location to experience the full spectrum of North Vietnamese cuisine. You will patron 7-10 different locations, with a 5-10 minute walk between each meal, giving you a taste of the street culture in Hanoi. This tour focuses on traditional seasonal dishes and relevant cultural history of this 1000 year old city.

• vietnamese dumplings - Banh bao or Vietnamese steamed buns is a dish that is a fusion of Vietnamese and Cantonese cuisines.
• Banh My- Vietnamese sandwich - “That’s a symphony in a sandwich” is how Anthony Bourdain described the most famous Vietnamese sandwich called the Banh Mì.
• Spring roll - Spring roll is not an everyday dish but it is more preferred on special occasions such as family gatherings, family festivities or Tet holidays.
• noodles - phở - The history of phở begins at the end of the 19th century, at the peak of French colonialism: it is a dish loved by both rich and poor.

• Dinner - The price is included all the beverages It’s available for vegetarians and please tell me your food allergies if you have. Kosher Tours available

• Bottled water - We will be walking, so please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, drinks will be served at certain restaurants, but bottled water is not included in the price of the tour.
