Meet up with the chef Mimmo Siciliano in the historical center of Taormina and visit the local market. Tasting various fresh vegetable products, cheeses sold by local sellers. Choose the dishes to cook with the Chef based on the fresh and seasonal ingredients found at the market. Continue towards the Restaurant "Ahoy Bistrò Siciliano" in Giardini Naxos (transfer included in the price), 15 minutes from the market, facing the sea and the Bay of Naxos and Taormina, and wine tasting with focaccia, cold cuts, and local Sicilian cheeses. After wearing the apron, preparation of 3 traditional Sicilian dishes: an appetizer, a fish dish and different types of fresh pasta made by customers with their own hands.
Discover Sicily in its unique flavors, from Pachino cherry tomatoes to the Bronte pistachio located at the base of Etna volcano. Delight in the scent of aubergines while you prepare a plate of pasta alla norma, and discover the flavors of our sea through fresh fish taken at the market, and flavored with spices such as capers from the Aeolian Islands and olives born from the fertile volcanic land. And then everyone at the table for the typical lunch on festive days a few meters from the beach and the sea. Finally, delivery of diplomas and autographed apron as a souvenir of a special day. At the end of the experience, customers will be taken back to the meeting point.

• Caponata Siciliana - Typical product of Sicilian cuisine with aubergines dressed with tomato sauce, celery, onion, olives and capers, in a sweet and sour sauce.
• Fresh pasta made with your hands - Preparation of different types of fresh pasta handmade by customers, under the supervision of the Chef, and seasoned with fresh tomato sauce.
• "Ghiotta" fish - Second course of fish found fresh with customers at the local market, cooked in tomato, caper and olive sauce, to absorb all the aromas and flavors
