Located in the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, Praia do Portinho is one of the most beautiful in Portugal. Its fine white sands and the varied shades of blue of the clear waters contrast with the green vegetation of the Serra, forming a beautiful setting that invites you to relax.

Stop At: Convento da Arrabida, N379-1, Setubal 2925-000 Portugal

Built in the 16th century, the Convento da Arrábida covers, in its 25 hectares, the Convento Velho, located in the highest part of the mountain, the Convento Novo, located halfway up the slope, the Jardim and the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus. The complex was designed for complete isolation from the outside world and is today the only building within the deep green hills of the Serra da Arrábida.

The Castle of Sesimbra is the last of the Portuguese castles over the sea to maintain its medieval design. It was classified as a National Monument on June 16, 1910 and brings together several reasons of interest. Visitors can walk along the walls and enjoy a privileged view of the village of Sesimbra and the region. It stands out in the landscape for its magnificence.

A picturesque village situated next to a sheltered bay, Sesimbra is one of the main fishing ports in the Setúbal region. It was also the sea that during the 20th century attracted foreigners looking for excellent sheltered beaches with excellent conditions for the practice of water sports, which turned this quiet town into a popular summer resort. A special mention also deserves the excellent regional cuisine in which seafood and fresh fish are the main element, and which can be enjoyed in the many restaurants that exist here.

Located in the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, the Azeitão area comprises several villages, including Vila Fresca and Vila Nogueira. In this pleasant region of great natural beauty, several noble families established their summer residences that founded Quintas and Palacetes here. A visit to Vila Nogeira de Azeitão should also be the opportunity to taste the excellent products of the region such as cheeses, the famous Tortas de Azeitão and wines, in which the Piriquita table wines and Moscatel de Setúbal stand out.

Visit the beautiful Bacalhoa Palace, considered by many to be the most beautiful 15th century farm in Portugal. In addition to the beautiful, predominantly Renaissance architecture of the palace, you will certainly be enchanted by the gardens, the lake house, the vineyards as far as the eye can see and the Portuguese tiles from the 15th and 16th centuries scattered throughout the property. Includes tasting of wines produced on the farm.
