Stop At: Montserrat Mountains, Montserrat Mountains, Catalonia

You are Starting your Andorra day trip from Barcelona by heading to Northern Spain by passing on a side of the serrated mountain of Montserrat to have a great view over this Rocky Massif which is characterized by the rounded shape of its peaks and your guide is telling you everything about the Benedictine Monastery which is located in the heart of this mystic 4000-feets mountain.

Before Leaving Spain for the next country in this Andorra Day Trip from Barcelona, we are having a stop in the medieval village of Bagà which is dated back to the 8th century (located in the natural park of Cadí-Moixeró as part of the Pyrenees Alp).
By having a short walking tour inside the historical part of this medieval town you have a chance to know more about the history of this town, local festivals, traditions, buildings architecture as well as explore the hidden gems that are rare to find.

Stop At: Thermes d'Ax, Teich, Ax-les-Thermes France

Welcome to France. By crossing the border, we will be in the second country (France) of this Three countries tour from Barcelona to finally stopping in the charming and beautiful ancient town of Ax-Les-Thermes which is famous for its natural hot springs.

Let's pass through the town with your guide to visit hot springs, know a little bit about the history of the town, visit local shops to find something as a remembrance from France and taste local cheese and cured hams and if you would like you can enjoy your free time beside or soaking your feet In one of the healing waters there.

Stop At: Pas de la Casa, Pas de la Casa, Encamp Parish

French-Pyrenees: the route finally takes you through the scenic French Pyrenees and amazing high mountain passes in Andorra to have a stop there and know more about the formation of the Pyrenees. Enjoy the spectacular winter views of ski resorts, ski lifts, and skiers, and in summer time the great views of mountains full of lush tones of green of the fields and the shining gray of the mountain rocks, flowers, cascades, and lakes. Could you imagine that sometimes you go higher than clouds on this road and all the clouds would be under your feet!. the unique experience of being suspended in mid-air surrounded by the magnificence of the Pyrenees.
And finally, here you can have lunch in heart of the French Pyrenees where most of the dishes are handmade with material from such a small country and Pyrenees.

You are not in the car all day and let's have a little bit of fun and excitement in this one day tour from Barcelona. So after entering Andorra, you will have a stop in a selection of the greatest viewpoints in the typical mountain valley to catch a sight of how Andorra used to be. Nobody could forget these spectacular views in Andorra and it does not matter that you are traveling when for a year. Always beautiful, always stunning and it affords views that are etched into one's memory forever.

Stop At: Port d'Envalira, Pyrenees, Encamp Andorra

You will pass a sort of ski resort, like Grandvalira which is the largest ski area in the Pyrenees. Perhaps here is the highlighted part of this day trip from Barcelona where you can have stops on a gorgeous road that passes through the ski resorts in winter and lush mountains in summer.
