We wait for our clients with their name at the exit of the Punta Cana airport, either through the terminal (A or B) in either of these two terminals there will be a driver waiting for our clients since the flight lands, the driver has the obligation to be in Punta Cana airport 30 minutes before the flight lands in order to provide a good customer experience.
The pick-up at the hotels is similar, the driver will be waiting at the hotel reception with the client's name at the time agreed by the client, it is recommended to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight takes off.
