Massage types:
- Abhyanga is the whole body massage, performed with warm organic herbs infused oil. The biggest benefits are to increase Prana (life force in Sanskrit), to nourish the Dhatas (body's tissues), to have calmer nerves and better sleep. It has a detoxifying effect and is highly suitable for all ages.
- Classic massage brings your muscular relief, better blood circulation, physical as well as mental relaxation. It will leave you well rested and vitalized.
- The active / passive way of performing yoga massage allows you to become more flexible and free of blockages, accumulated during the day due to tiredness and stress. You do not need to do yoga in order to enjoy this massage. The typical effect is boost of energy as well as increased production of endorphins.
- Shiatsu - working on Tsubo points (energy points), meridians (energy channels) and your total relaxation. Massage is performed with rhythmic pressure alongside the meridians of your body.

Itinerary

Massage: Indian Ayurvedic, Swedish classic, Lomi Lomi Nui, Shiatsu, therapy zones etc. Duration 30-90 min. My specialisation is in Oriental massages and I also enjoy working with classic massage, focus on blockages and trigger points. All to make clients restored and re-balanced.

Public Yoga classes in Portuguese, please contact Julia for schedule. Private yoga classes are available on demand and held in English as well. Styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin. Qigong beginner level is available for groups and individually.
Public Hatha classes include pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures), meditation and savasana (relaxation). Teaching level is always adapted to the majority.

Ayrvedic Nutrition Consultation, duration 60 min, a seated session, where I would establish your Dosha (body and mind constitution), measure your pulse, discuss diet and daily routines. You receive a complete list of correct Ayurvedic as well as additional herbs diet.
Cooking Ayurvedic Classes are organized on demand. We would shop, prepare and learn cooking techniques together.
Last but not least - Yoga Retreats organized on Santo Antao Island, connecting us in gorgeous nature, unforgettable experience.
