Day 1: Colombo to Sigriya
Pass By: Lanka Safe Tours, 89/15 Ketawalamulla Place Dematagoda 110 hanthana road kandy Sri Lanka, Colombo 20000 Sri Lanka
You will be picked up from your hotel in Colombo, Negombo or Mount Lavinia and driven to Dambulla. Visit the Cave temple of Dambulla (UNESCO World Heritage). Spend overnight in Sigiriya.
Stop At: Dambulla Cave Temple
Dambulla, one of UNESO World Heritage Site, is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160 m over the surrounding plains. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding area. Major attractions are spread over five caves, which contain statues and paintings. Duration: 2 hours

Day 2: POLONNARUWA - SIGIRIYA ROCK FORTRESS

In the morning, take a morning cycling tour at one of the best maintained ruins of ancient Ceylon – the UNESCO World Heritage City of Polonnaruwa where was the medieval capital of Sri Lanka.

The ancient city of Polonnaruwa remains one of the best planned archaeological relic cities in the country, standing testimony to the discipline and greatness of the Kingdom’s first rulers and has been declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO.

Stop At: Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress
Sigiriya is a one of UNESCO listed World Heritage Site for its best preserved ancient urban planning. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 metres (660 ft) high.

Afterwards, we will return back to the hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 3: VILLAGE TOUR - SPICE GARDEN - KANDY
Stop At: Kandy, Kandy, Kandy District, Central Province
we will drive to Kandy. En route visit a Spice garden in Matale.

In the afternoon, you will take a city tour of Kandy including a visit to the temple of the sacred tooth relic, upper lake drive, market square, gem lapidary and more. Spend overnight in Kandy.
