Stop At: Hotel & Hacienda La Caravedo, Panamericana Sur km 291, 11500, Peru
We will visit the "La Caravedo" Winery, where we will learn the process of making industrial pisco, the tour continues through our production plant, considered today the most modern distillery in the country, they will have the opportunity to taste the various pisco from the Winery.
Duration: 50 minutes
Stop At: Tacama, Camino Real S/N La Tinguina, Ica 11000 Peru
We will visit the "Tacama" winery, we will be able to appreciate the different instruments for making pisco and wines over time, we will see stills, jars, etc. We will visit the underground cellar that is 7.5 meters deep, unique in Peru. The Tacama vineyard covers an area of 200 hectares and is located in the Ica Valley.
Finally we will taste 3 varieties of wine and 1 variety of Pisco in a totally traditional environment.
