Lagoa do Fogo is the second largest lagoon on the island of São Miguel and one of the largest in the Azores. It is located in the Serra de Água de Pau, which is the second highest place on the island of São Miguel.
The visitor will have the opportunity to climb to the lagoon site along a road full of hydrangeas, which makes for an even more pleasant view. Once there, you will be able to contemplate the beautiful lagoon with its magnificent blue tones and still enjoy the view over the city of Ribeira Grande.

Caldeira Velha is a natural thermal complex that features a waterfall of hot iron water and is located in the city of Ribeira Grande.
In addition to being able to bathe in a beautiful waterfall of hot water, there are also two other hot iron water pools at your disposal.
In addition to visiting Caldeira Velha, visitors will have the opportunity to visit the Ribeira Grande Surf Center, the municipal swimming pools, the Palheiro Viewpoint, the Castelo Viewpoint, the Salto do Cabrito and the Liquor Factory.

Terra Nostra Park is located in Furnas and is a must-see on the island. It features a large botanical garden with a huge variety of species, lakes, streams and a large pool for bathing in hot iron waters.
In addition to bathing in the pond and visiting the park's beautiful garden, visitors can see the Lagoa das Furnas, the Pico do Ferro Viewpoint, the Caldeiras area and experience the natural gas waters of Furnas.

The Porto Formoso Tea Factory is one of only two factories that produce tea in Europe for industrial purposes.
Here, the visitor will have the opportunity to have a guided tour of the interior of the factory, getting a better understanding of how it works and all types of tea it produces.
Also, and to make the experience more pleasant, the visitor will have the opportunity to taste the tea. The place has a great sea view where the plantations are contemplated.

Stop At: Praia de Santa Barbara, Ribeira Grande, Sao Miguel Portugal
This is one of the largest beaches in the Azores, with about 1 km of sand. It is one of the most chosen beaches for swimming in the summer and also for the practice of extreme sports.
Here you will have the opportunity to admire the sand and its waves and enjoy the pillboxes. These are buildings alluding to World War II and served to defend the north coast of the island from possible attacks.
