Sample Menu
• Goulash soup (with beef meat) - I don't think I need to introduce this dish because everyone knows it. A soup with beef meat and different root vegetables... Sound good, doesn't it?
• Savoury meat pancake Hortobagy style (with chicken) - I can recommend this dish because it is tasty, light and trendy. Tradition and new way on one plate.
• Gerbeaud layered cake - This is an iconic dessert is Hungary. It is a layered cake with ground walnuts, apricot jam and dark chocolate. Yummy!
• Hungarian farmer's plate - During the cooking you can taste the local ingredients (different paprikas, sausage, cheese) and learn about these.
