*AIRPORT ARRIVAL*
We are located inside the Airport Arrivals Lobby. After leaving customs with your luggage, you will enter the Arrivals Lobby, where all the stations are numbered from 1 to 21. We are located at REGGAE TOURS DESK # 18. Please check in here for your waiting transport.

Club Mobay
If you are using Club Mobay VIP Express Service, you will be met on arrival by a Club Mobay Representative with a name sign. Please inform them that your private transport is with REGGAE TOURS. They will then inform us and our representative will meet you in the VIP Lounge for check-in and to escort you to your waiting transport whenever you are ready to go.

*DEPARTURE PICK UP INFORMATION*
We will pick you up 4.5 hours before your departure flight time. If there are any changes to your departure flight time, please call or email us and we will adjust your pick up time accordingly.

*TRANSFER VALIDATION*
Please note that a government-issued ID must be presented on pick up to confirm service.
