The Ancient China exhibit is the crown jewel of the museum, chronologically arranged to illustrate China's entire history. We will first describe China's geography and its impact on culture through a four-story-high LED screen at the welcome hall, then lead you to visit over 3,200 national treasures. Highlights include Peking Man fossils, prehistorical pottery, sacrificial bronzes and jades, the first emperor's terracotta soldiers, Han Dynasty tomb murals and figurines, porcelains, silk and embroidery, Buddhist statues, scholar paintings and calligraphy, and more!
