Plan Harmony

Upon arrival at Beijing Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing North Railway Station or Beijing West Railway Station, a representative will be waiting, holding a sign displaying your name. You will be escorted to your private vehicle and driven in comfort to your Beijing hotel.

You will travel in either an air-conditioned sedan (for 1 to 2 people) or an air-conditioned minivan (for 3 to 9 people) or an air-conditioned minibus(10-15 people)

We cannot guarantee an English-speaking driver. Due to their availability, you may have a Chinese speaking driver, but they know exactly where to pick you up and where to drop you off. Guest can use their phone to call our translator if need during the ride.

This transfer is valid for all Railway stations in Beijing.

• Infant (0-4 years old) are free as long as they do not occupy a seat
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• We cannot guarantee an English-speaking driver. Due to their availability, you may have a Chinese speaking driver, but they know exactly where to pick you up and where to drop you off. Guest can use their phone to call our translator if need during the ride
