Top Tibba Trek - Mussoorie
Top Tibba Day Hike is simply one of the best day hikes around Mussoorie if done via proper trails.
Top Tibba(peak) is approx. 8,500 ft above sea level and is the highest peak around Mussoorie.
Apart from offering some really spectacular views of the snow capped Himalayan peaks from the top, Top Tibba also presents you with great panaormic views of the entire valley below.
The forest area around Top Tibba is abundant in leopards, black bears, red foxes, yellow throated jungle martins, kalij pheasants, barking deer, wild boars & more.
But wildlife sighting is something that cannot be guaranteed but what we can guarantee you is a wonderful time on the trail observing and enjoying nature.
Eagles, Kites, Buzzards and other birds of prey can be easily spotted here along with many other song birds.
You won't want to miss it, when in Mussoorie.

Itinerary
A Hike to the highest mountain top near Mussoorie (8500 ft above sea level).
We will walk through a beautiful mixed forest of Oak, Pines & Cedars, we'll walk through some of the last remaining hilly grassland slopes of this region where guests can feel and live nature at its finest.
Top Tibba can be approached from various angles & trails, some of which can be quite challenging & rewarding while some are relatively less strenuous.
Total elevation to be gained during the hike
(from starting point to the summit):- approximately 2200ft.
It is a perfect day hike for nature lovers and people who are into flora, fauna and the Himalayan Hills.
Minimum Time Required: approximately 4 hrs.
NOTE:-
-Trek starting point is approx.12 kms ahead of Mussoorie on Chamba-Dhanaulti Road.
