Here our guide will tell you the story of the native people of the territory that today is Bogota, the Muiscas. We will also talk to you about the foundation of Bogota by Gonzalo Jimenez de Quesada and the first Spanish people that arrived. Also, you will learn about the importance of this place today and why it is the heart of Candelaria.

The guide will tell you about the statue of Bogota's founder, and why it was removed from this small square. In addition, you will see one of Colombia's first universities and learn about Emeralds, the most valuable precious stone in the country.

Our guide will tell you about one of the leaders of independence, Francisco de Paula Santander. We will show you where the Gold Museum is, introduce you to it, and explain its significance.

Stop At: Plaza de Bolivar de Bogota, Plaza Alvarez, Bogota 111711 Colombia

This is the main square of the country, Simon Bolivar the leader of independence, and while our guide shows you around and tells you the importance of the place, why it was built that way, and what are the government buildings you will see some of the most stunning sights of the city.
