A fantastic opportunity to enjoy the very best of Dalmatian wine and food - all set in some great atmospheric settings. The day consists of 3 wonderful meals and unlimited great wines and liquors - all made by hand, locally - the provenance and derivation of the food and wine is enthusiastically explained by those who make it.
A rare opportunity to sample local Zinfandel wine and visit a rural homestead to try out the traditional Dalmatian Peka.
We also take in the city of Split, Klis fortress and the city of Trogir - fully guided tours.

We enjoy a short historical walk through the palace area and the fish market and the green vegetable market – we taste soparnik (a Swiss chard filled pastry) and typical dalmatian deserts.
