Plan Harmony

Join Stefano in his native city of Rome where he brings you a delightful four-course dinner that encompasses the very best of Italian cuisine, plus a few fun additions from his time spent in kitchens around the world. Stefano will also provide you with wine, digestifs and cocktails to accompany your meal, but you are also welcome to BYOB to his quaint Roman terrace. With over a dozen separate menu selections, including some of the most iconic dishes in Italian cuisine, expect to feel more than a little full after this fantastic Italian feast!

• BRUSCHETTA WITH CHERRY TOMATOES - marinated cherry tomatoes and fresh basil served on a crispy bread
• GRILLED AUBERGINES - marinated with garlic and chilli dressing
• CURED MEAT AND CHEESE PLATTER
• CAPRESE - mozzarella and tomatoes seasoned with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and basil
• RIGATONI ALL'AMATRICIANA or CARBONARA - Rigatoni with Italian bacon, cherry tomatoes, chili and pecorino cheese or with Eggs, guanciale, pecorino and black pepper
• ROMAN SALTIMBOCCA - Veal escalopes with ham and sage
• SAUTEED ROMAN VEGETABLES - Chicory, spinach or courgettes cooked with garlic and chili
• PANNACOTTA - Homemada pannacotta topped with chocolate sauce or jam
