We pick up the bikes in the center of Valencia. We first cycle past some gems in the old town: the Ceramics Museum, the old University La Nau, the Mercado de Colon and from there we descend to the former riverbed of the Turia to the futuristic buildings of Valencia's most famous architect “Calatrava” suddenly completely overwhelmed. A WOW moment to never forget where we learn more about the architect and his works.
We cycle back to the old town via the green lung and pass the remaining city gate of Serranos to the core of the old Roman city and that is today the favorite square of many: the “Plaza de la Virgen”
