You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real pasta laboratory, reviewed among the "top 10 pasta factory in Rome". we will start with handmade pasta, made with different types of flour: such as spelled, buckwheat and wholemeal flour. We will make thin puff pastry, explain safe food cutting procedures, make three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of hand-cut homemade ham. We can welcome guests allergic to GLUTEN and VEGAN guests
We will cook all the pasta and sauces made during the class, eating our different types of pasta made, while sipping a good Italian wine. An express preparation of tiramisu will follow as dessert. Furthermore, all participants will be offered the exclusive professional chef's hat with the "Pastificio Faini" logo as a gift. In addition to the normal programme, a different version will be presented every day of the week: Monday-Wednesday-Saturday carbonara sauce; Tuesday-Friday Cacio e Pepe sauce; Thursday dumplings!
