Market Tour and Hungarian Cooking Class

The MARKET TOUR with COOKING is a complete gastronomical experience or you can call it a two-in-one program. We start in the Market, I talk about the history of the building and the local products. We buy the ingredients for the 3-course menu and you can taste the most popular Hungarian street-food as well. After the Market tour the cooking course begins, which ends with a delicious, rich meal. It takes more than 5 hours but you will have a memorable event.
Description
We start on the Market, you can learn about the history of the building and the local fruit, vegetables and meat. We buy some ingredients and you can experience how the locals shop. Of course, I provide you with the opportunity to purchase the most important ingredients for Hungarians (red paprika powder) as well.
After the tour we go to my kitchen and we cook together. We make a 3-course menu with the most famous Hungarian dishes. During the cooking you can taste the local ingredients which were showed on the Market. At the end of the event you can enjoy the result of your efforts: rich meal together.
On my cooking class the participants work together as a team and we make the same menu.
There are 5 different menu options. If you book the event the first, you can choose the menu.
