Me and Nonna Nerina started this experience two years ago, as a joke. Actually three grandmas in the village with their own grandchildren are involved in this adventure: we hosted people and families from all around the world, meeting a new member of our family every day.

We feel blessed and happy to share an ancient tradition that was disappearing: the real handmade pasta technique.

We will start from one egg and some flour and together, making the same gesture made by our ancestors, we will drive you through the story of strong hands, poor ingredients, smells, a good soil and love.

Description

You will be welcome in our kitchen, next to the medieval castle Savelli, in an ancient building where grandma’s dad used to make wine for the village.

Inclusions

Lunch - You will cook with grandma three different kinds of pasta (fettuccine, cannelloni and ravioli).You will find some bruschetta to taste our extra virgin olive oil and a good prosecco to start!
